Roche — AI Jingle Milano Cortina

The Brief
Creation of video jingles for an annual Roche event — speaker introductions on stage in Milano Cortina 2026 style. Starting material: only employee photos. Required result: dynamic, engaging videos transforming each speaker into an Olympic athlete. Project developed from Rome.
The Challenge
Transforming simple employee photos into believable, spectacular Olympic-style videos. With a traditional approach it would have been impossible within time and budget. AI was the only path — but the eye to guide it and the experience to select and correct were essential.
The Solution
I used a mix of AI video and image generation tools: Nano Banana for portraits, Veo and Higgsfield for video generation, Runway for animations. Each speaker was transformed into an Olympic athlete — skier, ski jumper, hockey player — with realistic winter settings and Italian national team uniforms. VFX experience was essential for selecting the best outputs from dozens of generations, correcting artifacts and editing everything with the right rhythm.
The Result
Jingles that hit the mark — spectacular, fun, delivered within timelines and budgets impossible without AI. The perfect example of my approach: AI produces the raw material, experience selects and refines.
